LouieV is not just a certified life coach he’s a man who has lived, led, loved, lost, rebuilt, and risen.

With a foundation rooted in service, LouieV began his professional journey in the military as a Nurse and EMT, where he learned discipline under pressure, calm decision making in chaos, and the power of steady leadership when lives are on the line. Those years didn’t just teach him medicine they forged his character. Service, accountability, and integrity became non-negotiable.

After his military career as an officer, LouieV then transitioned into executive leadership and strategic partnership development, spending over 17 years building high-level collaborations, negotiating complex agreements, and leading growth initiatives across healthcare and corporate sectors. He understands systems. He understands people. And most importantly, he understands how communication, when done right changes everything.

But his greatest education didn’t come from boardrooms or battlefields.

It came from life.

LouieV was married for 26 years and is the proud father of three children. He knows what commitment looks like across decades the evolution of love, the weight of responsibility, the challenges of communication, the rebuilding after conflict, and ultimately, the strength it takes to walk away when growth requires it. His divorce was not a failure it was a turning point. A season of reflection. A season of accountability. A season of healing out loud.
